College Hill Forum Candidates Night

Tuesday, July 28,2005 was Mayoral candidates night. It was held at the CRC Center located next to Aiken High School. Now this night had introduced 1 new candidate to me and on my Mayoral piece I left him and a woman out and I give my apologies. Justin Jeffrey was one of them and Sylvan Grisco (thanx dean of cincinnati) But sylvan grisco was not at this night. So anyway I did not here much of Justin Jeffrey in the past but on this night he was not unimpressive. On the other hand Alicia Reece was not impressive at all she didn't answer the questions that were given and when she did answer the questions they were not the right subject. David Pepper, he had to much to say about crime and not enough to say about all the other topics that were brought up in the meeting. Movin on, Charlie Winburn was taling about locking up people who stand on the corner, now there is so many things wrong with that sentence I just said first of all no one should be locked for standin on the corner wat is he crazy, see thats some the reasons we got evil police officers now. Mark Mallory was the only person I met in person he was a nice guy and during the meeting he stood up for wat was right like when Charlie Winburn was talkin bout locking up people who standin onthe corner Mark saud u cannot lock up people for standin on the corner which is very right, so I have a good impression of him and last but not least (trust me) Laketa Cole was there but I did not here alot from her but I can say she left right after the meeting instead of doing wat everyone else was doing which was getting more input from the people, but at least she waited till the meeting was over cuz Alicia Reece left before the meeting was over which was worse and it showed the people she thought she had something more important to do. But the night overall gave me a real new outlook on this mayoral election, so I guess now the battle will get a little more intresting....

Are Cincinnati Manager.....Gone

Since Mayor Charlie Luken is stepping down as mayor of cicncinnati city manager, Valerie Lemmings has decided to step down as city manager. She is the former Dayton city manager was hired by Mayor Charlie some years ago . Now my formal opinion of of that prospect is that she is runnin away from cincinnati cuz none is gonna be protectin her so wat i say is....
GOOD RITTENS!!!!!!!!!!!

Are kids getting punished right?

Recently Cincinnati City Council member Sam Malone is being tried for domestic violence against his fourteen year old son. But the thing that kills me about this case is it's not like he was punching or kicking or using a weapon against his son he was using a belt against his son's behind, and he told his son and I quote "I'm going to beat the black off you". Now if you ask me I would have beat him too. While people is playin before 5 or 6 years ago you could beat your children with a belt and the court room would not call it domestic violence and it
shouldn't be called that now. So because that foolishness children are bein bad and they don't get punished like they supposed to and if I was a parent I would tell my kids to call the cops and while they on da way i'ma beat ya some mo....

Bill says...

about mayoral politics post "I think there are not good candidates for Mayor. for me everyone Alicia Reece is going to do the job but no one has noticed the bad she is doing like disrupting a church or putting up sobreity checkpoints is a good representation of how she kis not ready to run Cincinnati

What is the truth about the nati

See, most people think the nati is a beautiful place but what would those same people think if they went to the bad parts of the nati. For example, I was just riding to the uglier parts of downtown where it's really trashy and people are practically dressed in rags or smell like burnt mildew. Or Winton Terrace where somebody is getting shot at least 5 times a day. So, a person like me would wonder how the current Mayor and other people of Nati how they could spend 60 million dollars to move a fountaon instead of helping the nati be more beautiful or building more attractons and cleaning up the streets or even building a shelter so people would not have to stay on the street they could go there so they would be one less person that would not be on the the street. See if we had smart people runnin da nati we would know that we should be more interested in the welfair of the people of the nati instead of the tourist......

mayoral politics nati black girl style

Right now the people who are running for mayor have the people of cincinnati wondering what the next four years will be like. Personally I think we would be betta off keepin CharlieLuken. To think most people i've talked to are saying that Alicia Reece is the best bet but to me she is so buji. See recently Alicia Reece was allowed to go into Jurrell Baptist churchfirst off if I was a member of that church I would have let the Pastor and her have it. Alicia Reece also was the "bright" person who thought of sobreity checkpoints.Charlie Winburn he was a member of city council but recently he has been a pastor.Mark Mallory he's a state rep, he comes from a political family. David Pepper is currently on city council. So I think the people of the nati really need to think who is the best candidate. Fo real Alicia Reece is da last on my list. Hard times boy I tell ya!!
